In cooperation with Florida for Care, OSCR will work to expand access to medical marijuana by creating a broad, well-regulated marketplace. To achieve that goal, OSCR will be advocating for laws that create independently “registered” entities that perform specific functions along the production and distribution chain. Additionally, OSCR will advocate for the allowance of significantly more businesses to enter the marketplace. The Chairman of OSCR is Gerry Greenspoon, Esq., the co-founder and managing partner of Greenspoon Marder. Greenspoon Marder is an Am Law 200 and NLJ 350 law firm.
